When was the last time you made art for yourself? Have you ever tried keeping a visual journal as a record of what's happening beneath the surface of things? Having a personal practice sketchbook is an invaluable way to pause, connect with yourself, and create snapshots of how you are feeling and thinking over time.
Elizabeth Haidle—illustrator, comics storyteller, and educator—shares her favorite personal exercises in “Sketchbook as Self Care,” now available at Create Arts Online. This course is designed for all skill levels, and any medium. This artistic tool kit will help you generate creative momentum through self exploration and daily practice.
