Do you have a stash of fabric scraps, a love for texture, and a flair for creative reuse? If so you’re in the right place! Fun Funky Fibers Woven Tapestries with Patti Euler is all about turning new, old, forgotten, or extra fabrics and fibers into colorful, one-of-a-kind works of art—and having a whole lot of fun along the way.
In this course, Patti will take you step-by-step through an approachable, wildly creative process that blends weaving, mixed media, and the joy of creating.
Patti will start by building a super simple loom (no fancy tools required!), then dive into combining yarns, fabrics, ribbons, and even old clothes into vibrant woven tapestries that burst with personality.
This is the ultimate Recycle-Reuse-Remix project. You’ll learn how to:
- Craft your own adjustable loom—perfect for any size project
- Watch and learn in real time as Patti creates rich layers of texture and color using eclectic fiber combinations
- Add character with personal touches like charms, vintage buttons, old jewelry, and keepsakes
- Finish your piece beautifully—whether it’s a framed tapestry or a small amulet pouch
Along the way, Patti shares her favorite materials, thrift store tips, and creative tricks to help you make your own Fun Funky Fiber Woven Tapestry from what you already have. Whether you're brand-new to fiber art or a seasoned mixed media artist, this course is all about letting go, experimenting joyfully, and making something truly you.
So grab your scissors, raid your stash, and get ready to weave something wonderful. We can’t wait to see what funky fiber goodness you’ll bring to life!
